Lockout/tagout, with isolation point and verification
The dashboard does not ask “what energies does your equipment have?”: in the logistics profile they are already there, each one with where it is isolated and how you check that it is isolated. It is what an inspection asks to see in writing.

Loading dock
Wheel chocks and lorry restraint: a trailer that moves half a metre drops the forklift into the pit.
Conveyor lockout
The classifier has remote starts: local lockout and a signal to the control room before putting your hand in.
Work on racking
Check racking uprights for impact damage and work at height from a platform, never on the beams.
Battery charging room
Ventilation for hydrogen, eye protection against the electrolyte and dedicated extinguishing media.
Traffic and pedestrians
Physical separation of flows and a defined priority: a hi-vis vest does not stop a forklift.

Permits with QR codes
