What exactly is sold here

• Excel kits. Downloadable files, one-off payment. Once downloaded they are yours: you may use them with no time limit, offline and without depending on us.
• Management panel. Subscription service hosted on our servers, accessed with a username and password. Billed by period and cancellable at the end of each period.

Prices are shown in euros. If you are a business established in another European Union country with a valid intra-Community VAT number, the transaction is invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Card details are entered directly in Stripe's environment: they never pass through our servers and we never see them.

The invoice is issued in the name of the owner indicated above and sent by email.

Refunds and cancellation

• Kits. If the file is not useful to you, write to info@industriakit.com within 14 calendar days of purchase and we refund the full amount. No justification is needed, though we appreciate hearing the reason so we can improve.
• Panel. The subscription is cancelled from the panel itself or by writing to us, and stops renewing at the end of the current period. There is no penalty and no minimum term. On cancellation you can export all your information and request complete deletion of your data.

About the regulatory watch

The regulatory watch service gathers and summarises publications from official sources. The draft is generated automatically, but no entry is published without prior human review.

Even so, a summary is not the law. The binding text is the one published in the corresponding official gazette, and we always link to it. This service does not constitute legal advice.

Limitation of liability

We take care that the content is correct and up to date, but we are not liable for:

• the use you make of the templates or the panel, or the decisions you take based on them;
• regulatory changes occurring after the date of a template or an entry;
• service interruptions beyond our control, such as failures of the hosting provider or the network.

In any event, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the product or for the last twelve months of subscription. None of the above excludes rights granted to you mandatorily by law.

Licence of use and intellectual property

Product licences are per company: you may use them across all sites and with all employees of the same legal entity, and adapt and modify them internally.

What you may not do is resell, transfer, publish or distribute them outside your company, whether for profit or not. All texts, designs and files are the property of the owner.

Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Cartagena (Murcia), unless the law imposes another venue, in particular where the buyer is a consumer.

Before going to court, write to us: most problems are solved by email within a day. If you are a consumer, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
