Purpose of the site

IndustriaKit sells digital tools (spreadsheet workbooks and offline applications) for industrial maintenance and water treatment. Sales are processed through the Lemon Squeezy payment platform, which acts as merchant of record and issues the invoice with the applicable VAT/tax.

Liability for the use of the tools

The templates and calculators are professional support tools based on technical criteria and cited sources. Adapting them to each installation, and their final validation, is the responsibility of the user and, where occupational safety is concerned (for example, lockout-tagout, LOTO, procedures), of their in-house or external prevention service. IndustriaKit does not provide consultancy, engineering or occupational risk-prevention services, and its products do not replace those legal obligations.

We are not a certification body or an official authority. We provide technical/documentary support tools and templates; they do not replace certification, audit or a ruling by the competent authority on occupational risk prevention. Responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the owner of the facility.

Disclaimer for misuse or third-party non-compliance. We are not liable for misuse of the templates or for infringements committed by third parties. We act as a provider of documentary tools, not as an external prevention service or legal advisory. In particular, we are not liable for: (a) administrative penalties arising from the user's failure to adapt, implement or update the templates; (b) workplace accidents or other damage caused by incorrect, incomplete or unsupervised use of the LOTO, FMEA or checklist procedures included; or (c) technical or operational decisions taken solely on the basis of the tools' calculations without review by qualified personnel. The user is responsible for validating each template with their occupational risk-prevention service, technical department or a qualified professional before putting it into production.

Terms of use

Access to this site implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to use the site and the products in accordance with the law and in good faith. Product licences are per company: you may use them within your organisation, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, templates and code of this site and its products belong to the owner. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation outside the acquired usage licence is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Refund guarantee

If a product doesn't work for you, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by writing to hola@industriakit.com.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and save for any mandatory rule to the contrary, the parties submit to the courts of Cartagena (Murcia), Spain.
