Why they ask you for it
In Spain, contractor coordination is not a client's whim: it is Royal Decree 171/2004, which develops article 24 of the occupational risk prevention act 31/1995. When workers from several companies share a site, the site owner and the principal company must check the compliance of whoever comes in, and the contractor must evidence it. In other countries the same problem has a different name — and the same folders.
Where the cost actually is
The platform licence is usually paid by the principal company, and the contractor gets in without a licence fee. That is where "free" ends: the work of keeping the documentation alive is yours, and you do it once per client.

It expires without warning
An expired medical check or training does not warn you: the gate guard warns you, with the truck already loaded.

Training, medical checks, PPE issue, machine authorisations, inspections and insurance. Each document with its real expiry date.

The panel warns you, with a lead time you set, about what is going to expire, by worker and by client, so it gets renewed before anyone is left at the gate.
The pack for each client, in one click
You pick the client and the job, and the panel produces a single PDF with everything that client asks for, in the order they ask for it, plus the individual files in case the platform wants them one by one.
The client can look, at no cost
If your client wants it, we give them read-only access to the jobs that concern them: they see status and expiry dates in real time and stop chasing you by email. That access costs neither of you anything.
It does not upload your documents to your clients' platforms for you. We are not connected to them and we are not going to pretend otherwise: each has its own terms of use and its own access. What we do is leave the pack ready and correct, so uploading is copy-and-paste instead of rebuilding. If an official integration ever exists, we will say so here, with the platform name and the date.

You create the job
Client, site, dates and what is going to be done. You tick the workers and the equipment going in.
The panel says what is missing
Before generating anything, it flags expired items in red and, in amber, whatever expires during the job. No surprises at the gate.
You generate the pack
A PDF with an index, plus the individual files, named the way that particular client asks for them.
You upload it once
And when the same worker goes into another client, it is already prepared: only the wrapper changes.
What it costs for a contractor
The contractor module sits in the Plant plan, €99 a month per company, with unlimited users and no charge per client added. If your company has fewer than 25 workers and only needs expiry control, the €49 Essential plan will do. The full rate is published, with no call first.
