- 8 standard facilities loaded
- 6 lockout energy sources
- 5 reference standards

How the work is done in fleets
The fleet lives on the road but gets hurt in the workshop: vehicle lifts, air receivers, brake springs and now the high voltage of the electric vehicle. Every vehicle that goes over the pit is a small lockout.
The jobs that set the pace
- Preventive vehicle maintenance
- Brakes and tyres
- Vehicle diagnostics and electrics
- Body shop and welding
- Refuelling and washing
The facilities it comes with as standard
- Vehicle workshop
- Pits and vehicle lifts
- Wash bay
- On-site fuel pump
- Depot
- Spare parts store
- Electric vehicle area
- Loading dock
Lockout/tagout, with isolation point and verification
The dashboard does not ask “what energies does your equipment have?”: in the fleets profile they are already there, each one with where it is isolated and how you check that it is isolated. It is what an inspection asks to see in writing.
| Energy | Isolation point | Verification |
|---|---|---|
| Electrical | Workshop and lift switchboard | Verification of the absence of voltage |
| Electric vehicle high voltage | Removal of the service disconnect and tagging | Manufacturer's discharge time and check with suitable equipment |
| Pneumatic (brake air receivers) | Bleeding the vehicle's air receivers | Circuit gauges at 0 bar |
| Hydraulics | Platform or tipper body lowered and key removed | Mechanical chock if it must stay raised |
| Stored mechanical energy | Spring brake actuator | Never open the actuator without the manufacturer's tool |
| Fuels | Isolation of the dispenser and venting of the tank | No ignition sources and gas testing if welding nearby |
The high-risk procedures, written down
Five procedures specific to fleets, written in the vocabulary of the sector and available inside the dashboard so you can adapt them to your plant.
Vehicle on the lift
Correct jacking points and mechanical lock engaged: never the hydraulics alone.
Pneumatic brake circuit
Bleed the air receivers before opening and the manufacturer's tool is mandatory for the spring actuator.
Electric or hybrid vehicle
Service disconnect removed, discharge time observed and checked: high voltage trained personnel only.
Body shop welding
Tank and batteries protected, extinguisher to hand and disconnection beforehand.
Working under a vehicle at the roadside
Chocks, high-visibility vest and warning triangles: the hard shoulder is the worst possible workshop.
Equipment and reference regulations
Equipment typical of this profile
- Tractor unit
- Semi-trailer
- Bus
- Delivery van
- Column lift
- Workshop compressor
- Diagnostic equipment
- Light overhead crane
- Electric charging station
Regulations that frame the work
- RD 1215/1997 · work equipment
- RD 97/2014 · carriage of dangerous goods (ADR)
- Regulation (EU) 165/2014 · tachograph
- RD 486/1997 · workplaces
- RD 842/2002 · electrotechnical regulation
Current references the dashboard uses to organise the documentation. IndustriaKit is a documentation tool: it does not replace the risk assessment or legal advice.
- Fleet maintenance plan
- Vehicle lift inspection records
- ADR data sheets for the goods carried
What the dashboard does with all this
Contractors and coordination of activities
Contractors working on site join free, upload their documentation and the traffic light decides who can work. RD 171/2004 coordination with minutes and signature.
Permits with QR codes
Work permit with a printable notice: in the field it is scanned and signed from a phone. LOTO warning when the job calls for it.
Maintenance and OEE
Queue prioritised by criticality, statutory maintenance schedules with their date, counters based on real usage and an OEE panel per line with a Pareto of stoppages.
Personnel and training
Fitness for work, training and health surveillance by job role, with the medical data kept outside the dashboard by design.
Open it with the fleets profile and compare it with your folder
The demo opens with no card and no sales call. You choose this same sector and walk into a plant that looks like yours, with sample data you can play with without breaking anything.
The other industries in the dashboard
Each profile brings its own vocabulary, its own areas, its own energies and its own procedures. There are sixteen.
