In this sector almost nobody publishes what it costs. We do: this is the full price list, with no sales call first and no quote to request.

Two ways to work with us

The Excel document is a one-off purchase and it is yours for good. The panel is a monthly service, and it makes sense once the plant no longer fits in a spreadsheet.

Founding plants programme

We do not have dozens of plants on the panel today: we are opening it now, and we would rather say so than fake a waiting list. The first plants to join keep their price frozen for as long as they stay, even if the rate goes up later. In exchange we ask for two concrete things: that they tell us bluntly what is missing, and that they let us write up the case, with or without the company name, as they prefer.

How it compares with what is already paid for CAE

In the Spanish contractor-coordination market, the platforms that publish an entry rate sit between 49 and 150 euros a month. In that model the principal company pays and the contractor enters free, but it is the contractor who carries the real work: uploading the same documentation to five different platforms, each with its own format. Our panel is bought the other way round: it is paid for by whoever uses it, and it covers the rest of the plant, not only contractor coordination.

An honest note: we are not comparing features with any specific platform. Each covers different ground and their prices change. The figures quoted are the ones those companies publish on their own websites, and it is worth checking them there before deciding.

For contractors (CAE)

What we do not charge you for yet

Automatic regulatory watch — spotting a change in the Spanish, EU or national official gazette and telling you what it means for you — is under construction. It is not included in the prices above and we will not charge for it until it works and is reviewed by a person before publishing. When it is ready, founding plants get it with no price increase.

Questions about the price

Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every figure on this page is excluding VAT. EU companies with a valid intra-community VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and the tax is settled by the company in its own country.
Is there a lock-in period?
Not on the monthly plan. On 6-month and annual plans the discount is tied to the period contracted, which is exactly what you give in exchange for the discount.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We hand you a complete export in Excel and PDF, and we delete the data from our servers when you ask us to. This is set out in detail on the security and data page.
Can I see it before paying?
Yes. There is a public demo of the panel with sample data, no sign-up and no card. To try it with your plant's real data, write to us and we will set it up.
I bought the Total Pack. Am I paying twice?
No. If you bought a kit and then move to the panel, we deduct what you paid for the kit from your first panel invoice. Just tell us the email address you bought with.
